Rawsome Super Soup

I’m obsessed with my raw soup creation, so thought I’d share the recipe with you folks. It’s easy to whip up, full to the brim with nutrition, easy to digest, and tastes absolutely divine, if I say so myself. So here it is:

2 handfuls of spinach
1 handful of coriander
1 sprig of celery
2-3 tomatoes (depending size)
1 medium size onion
1 mushroom
1-2 gloves garlic
1/4 or 1/2 avocado
2 tablespoons of flaxseeds
1 teaspoon of miso
1 teaspoon of turmeric
1 teaspoon of tamari sauce
1 tablespoon of olive oil
A pinch of cayenne pepper
A pinch of kelp
A pinch of salt
A pinch of black pepper
and …. filter or distilled water (to desired consistency).You can put in a bit and then keep adding until it’s the right consistency for you. I like garnish with broccoli seed sprouts and pine nuts. This keeps in the fridge for 3 days, and can serve 4 people. You can also heat it slightly if prefer, but on a very low heat for a couple of minutes so it’s still raw. let me know how it tastes if you give it a go 🙂 Enjoy <20160125_1340353
